If anyone is injured, or there is a fire or a theft in progress, call 911 first. Then call us at 502-579-8777.

Check yourself and others for injuries and move to a safe location if you can do so safely.

If anyone is injured, or as required by law, call 911 and law enforcement so an official report can be made.

Do not leave the scene of an accident until it is appropriate and lawful to do so.

Exchange name, contact, driver's license, insurance, and vehicle information with anyone else involved, and get contact details for any witnesses.

Take clear photos of the vehicles, damage, license plates, and the surrounding scene.

Stick to the facts with police and others involved. Do not admit fault or agree about who is responsible.

As soon as it's safe, call us at 502-579-8777 so we can help with next steps.

When you reach us, please have ready:

• Your name and reservation details
• The date, time, and location
• A brief description of what happened
• Other parties' and witnesses' information
• The police report number, if one was filed
• Photos you took

If the vehicle can't be driven safely, call us before arranging a tow so we can guide you.

For a mechanical issue that isn't an accident, call us right away and we'll help you get back on the road.

If the vehicle is stolen or vandalized, file a police report and call us promptly.

Ask for a copy of any police report or its report number, and share it with us.

Please do not authorize repairs to the vehicle without our approval.

Please cooperate with us and any investigation so the matter can be handled properly.

Please take your personal belongings with you. Price Is Right Rental is not responsible for personal property left in a vehicle.
